Restorative Yoga for Women: Hormonal Balance and Deep Rest
This 2 hour restorative workshop is for every woman in need of an internal re-boot.
The practice will be focused on helping to support the endocrine system, bringing balance to hormones and rest the nervous system.
We will spend time releasing tension in the body, before resting in a number of different restorative poses aimed at supporting the health of the adrenals, thyroid and ovaries.
Symptoms of PMS, menopause, fertility struggles will all benefit from this practice.
