Yoga and breathework improves your immune system’s lymphatic circulation by pumping your muscles which improves the flow of the lymphatic fluids through your body.
Your immune system works most efficiently when you’re in rest-and-digest state and yoga and breathwork reduce stress levels which helps keep your immune system strong.
Your immune system also works more efficently when rested-and yoga and breathwork help to improve your quality of sleep.
